Contact tracing is like detective work: We are certified by John Hopkins University to provide contact tracing and interview people who have been diagnosed with Covid-19 disease and figure out who they may have recently been in contact with. Then we will tell those people they may have been exposed to Covid-19 and encourage them to quarantine themselves to prevent spreading the disease any further.

- Communicating with patients and contacts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Conduct phone calls with patients diagnosed with Covid-19 to complete interviews, elicit and trace contacts exposed to Covid-19.
- Provide follow-up instructions to patients and to contacts related to quarantine and or isolation, symptom monitoring and assess the need for supportive services.
- Collect and record information from the interviews/contact gathering into a data system.
- Provide information on where to find other social, health resources using approved resource list.
